We can recruit your care workers for you individually according to your specifications.
To determine your needs, a Care Plan is created, this includes meeting and listening to you, your family and professionals to reach an outcome that meets your individual needs.

We will soon be able to provide help with personal care when our registration with CSCI is complete and we will also offer a recruitment and payroll service if you prefer to manage your own Direct Payments.
