MyChoice Homecare was born out of a personal struggle to find the right person to care for our Mum. We offer flexible and tailored solutions to your care needs from the recruitment of Personal Assistants to supplying our own staff to carry out either your full range of care and support services or offer a back up service for your own staff for holidays and sickness or emergency cover.
We have clients who use our services for help at work as well as home with Direct Payments, Individual Budgets and Access to Work. Our staff help with a range of support plans from personal care at work to a full support assistant role to help our clients to undertake the tasks in their job roles that they are unable to do independently because of health problems or disabilities.
We also offer a full payroll service for clients who either have their own support staff or have recruited their staff through our services for either Homecare or Access to Work.
Personalisation is our mantra and we have a qualified and experienced Support Broker who can work with you on your individual budget to independently tailor your support plan to offer the best solution to your needs to live the life you want to live
